At Battlefield Bangkok, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical fashion gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed apparel with all original tags attached back into its original shipping packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our inspection team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5 business days.
